We will pos out products on the next day after place order.

After pos out, we will update tracking number on night time.

The goods are at your own risk from the time of delivery. We will not hold the responsibility for any damage or loss during delivery.

EASY RETURNS
Please check product before open it, we will refund/return if product broken in the bottle.

Once the bottle is open, we strictly no return/refund, sorry for any inconvenience.

For any exchange that agreed by HQ, we will only post out after received the items that posted back by buyers.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will update tracking number at night time, mostly posting by Poslaju, if we change to others courier service will mention to our customers.

Once the tracking number has been updated / provided, it's the buyer's responsiblity to keep track with courier company on the delivery status.
If happened that the parcel being returned by the courier company, buyer is required to bear the postage for reposting.

For international buyers (outside Malaysia), Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when a shipment reaches your country.
